A t\u00far\u00f3t, a tejf\u00f6lt, a citromh\u00e9jat, a van\u00edlia arom\u00e1t \u00e9s az \u00e9des\u00edt\u0151t alaposan elkeverj\u00fck. Az 1 dl tejben elkevert zselatint forr\u00e1sig meleg\u00edtj\u00fck, hozz\u00e1adjuk a t\u00far\u00f3s massz\u00e1hoz, alaposan elkeverj\u00fck.  Bele\u00f6ntj\u00fck a narancskarik\u00e1kkal kirakott t\u00e1lba, h\u0171t\u0151ben p\u00e1r \u00f3r\u00e1ig h\u0171tj\u00fck.
