A s\u00fct\u00e9shez 40 dkg f\u00fcst\u00f6lt szalonna, 1 fej v\u00f6r\u00f6shagyma, 4 gerezd fokhagyma, \u0151r\u00f6lt bors.<\/p>\n<p>A meggym\u00e1rt\u00e1shoz: 40 dkg magozott meggy, annyi v\u00edz, amennyi ellepi, 1 csomag van\u00edli\u00e1s pudingpor, 1\/2 dl tej, 2 dl tejsz\u00edn, \u00edzl\u00e9s szerint cukor vagy \u00e9des\u00edt\u0151 (2-3 ev\u0151kan\u00e1l cukor vagy 2 k\u00e1v\u00e9skan\u00e1l \u00e9des\u00edt\u0151 folyad\u00e9k)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s<\/strong>: a v\u00edzbe keverj\u00fck a f\u0171szereket, a citromot felkarik\u00e1zva, a bor\u00f3kabogy\u00f3t k\u00e9ssel ellap\u00edtva, \u00e9s felforraljuk. Kb. 50 perc ut\u00e1n a f\u00f3li\u00e1t levettem, m\u00e9g kb 10 percig pir\u00edtottam ( 5 percig az\u00a0 egyik, 5 percig a m\u00e1sik oldal\u00e1t). T\u00e1lal\u00e1sig a f\u00f3li\u00e1t ism\u00e9t r\u00e1ter\u00edtettem, hogy ne sz\u00e1radjon ki.
