A m\u00e1sik t\u00e9sztacip\u00f3t is kiny\u00fajtjuk, ezzel bor\u00edtjuk be a t\u00far\u00f3kr\u00e9met. Kb. 3 \u00f3r\u00e1ig pihentetj\u00fck, majd forr\u00f3 s\u00fct\u0151be toljuk, de s\u00fct\u00e9s k\u00f6zben m\u00e9rs\u00e9kelj\u00fck a t\u00fczet. Ha megs\u00fclt, m\u00e9g forr\u00f3nporcukorral hintj\u00fck meg, \u00e9s kock\u00e1ra v\u00e1gva tessz\u00fck t\u00e1lra. Nagyon finom \u00e9s sz\u00e9p s\u00fctem\u00e9ny.<\/p>\n<p>Kersztmama azt javasolja, ha a nagy g\u00e1ztepsit akarjuk megt\u00f6lteni a s\u00fctivel, 50 dkg lisztet, 5 toj\u00e1st, 5 dkg \u00e9leszt\u0151t, 1 kg teh\u00e9nt\u00far\u00f3t, 35 dkg porcukrot vegy\u00fcnk. Hozz\u00e1teszem, ebben a csal\u00e1dban a mazsola mennyis\u00e9g\u00e9t is felt\u00e9tlen\u00fcl n\u00f6velni kell.<\/p>\n<p>*A receptet 1988.
