A m\u00e1rt\u00e1shoz: 10 dkg vaj, 4 p\u00fapozott ev\u0151kan\u00e1l finomliszt, 5 dl tej, 5 dl f\u0151z\u0151tejsz\u00edn, 12 dkg reszelt sajt (itt ed\u00e1mit \u00edr a recept, n\u00e1lam ebbe is trappista ker\u00fclt), 1 mokk\u00e1skan\u00e1l s\u00f3 (a s\u00f3 mennyis\u00e9ge att\u00f3l f\u00fcgg, mennyire s\u00f3s a sajt, amit belereszel\u00fcnk)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s:<\/strong> az apr\u00f3ra v\u00e1gott hagym\u00e1t \u00fcvegesre p\u00e1roljuk a zsirad\u00e9kon, hozz\u00e1adjuk a dar\u00e1lt h\u00fast, n\u00e9h\u00e1ny percig pir\u00edtjuk.
